Frequently asked questions

Quick answers based on SwitCity's terms, privacy policy, and complaints policy.

1

Who can use SwitCity?

SwitCity is for users who are at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement, and SwitCity may request proof of age at any time.

2

What are my account responsibilities?

You are responsible for keeping your login details private, providing accurate account information, not sharing your account, and notifying SwitCity if you suspect unauthorised access.

3

What do creators need before withdrawing earnings?

Creators must complete KYC verification before withdrawing earnings. Creators are also responsible for uploading lawful content, respecting platform rules, and handling any tax obligations tied to their earnings.

4

How do subscriptions, PPV purchases, tips, and refunds work?

Payments are processed through Bani. Subscriptions, pay-per-view purchases, and tips are generally non-refundable, except for verified duplicate charges or payments taken after a cancelled subscription was confirmed. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge.

5

How does SwitCity protect my personal data?

SwitCity uses your information to run accounts, payments, payouts, content features, safety checks, fraud prevention, notifications, and legal compliance. SwitCity does not sell personal data, and raw card data is handled by Bani rather than stored by SwitCity.

6

How do I report content, users, billing issues, or privacy concerns?

Use the in-app report option for content or user reports because it gives moderators the fastest context. For billing disputes, account decisions, privacy issues, or other complaints, contact support with your username, a clear description, and any helpful screenshots or links.

7

What happens after a complaint or policy violation?

SwitCity aims to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours, complete an initial review within 3 business days, and resolve standard complaints within 7 to 14 business days. Depending on severity, action may include content removal, warnings, suspension, bans, appeals review, or referral to law enforcement where required.
