• Account Information: Name, email address, username, password (hashed), date of birth, and profile photo.
• Identity Verification (Creators): Government-issued ID, bank account details, and other KYC documentation required for payout setup.
• Payment Information: Transaction records, payment method details (processed and encrypted by Bani, our payment gateway - we do not store raw card data).
• Content Data: Photos, videos, and text you upload or publish on the platform.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, interactions (likes, comments, subscriptions), IP address, browser type, device information, and session data.
• Communications: Messages you send to creators or support staff through the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To process payments and payouts via Bani
• To deliver content, features, and personalised recommendations
• To verify your age and identity (creators)
• To enforce our community guidelines and content policies
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activity
• To send platform notifications (subscription renewals, payment confirmations, content activity)
• To improve our platform through analytics and usage insights

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Payment Processors: Bani, for processing transactions (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Cloud Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for media storage and processing
• Content Moderation: Google Cloud Vision API for automated scanning of uploaded media
• Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption on all connections, JWT-based authentication, row-level database security, and encrypted storage of payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
