SwitCity is a technology platform that facilitates direct commercial relationships between content creators and their fans. SwitCity is not a content producer, publisher, or employer of creators. All content on the platform is uploaded, owned, and managed by independent creators. SwitCity provides the marketplace and infrastructure; it does not direct, control, or take editorial responsibility for creator content beyond enforcement of its Content Monitor Policy.

2. Adult Content Disclosure

SwitCity permits explicit adult (NSFW) content created and uploaded by verified adult creators (18+). By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction. SwitCity implements age verification measures at both user registration and at the point of accessing adult content categories, but cannot guarantee that all jurisdictional restrictions are met. Users are responsible for compliance with the laws of their own country or territory.

Creators on SwitCity are independent contractors, not employees of SwitCity. SwitCity does not provide employee benefits, withhold income tax, make social security contributions, or provide any employment protections to creators. Creators are solely responsible for their own tax obligations and compliance with applicable labour laws.

5. No Investment Advice

Any earnings statistics, payout rates, or creator income figures presented on SwitCity's website or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, a guarantee of income, or a representation of what any individual creator will earn. Creator income depends on many factors including audience size, content quality, engagement, pricing strategy, and market conditions.

6. Third-Party Services

SwitCity integrates the following third-party services, each subject to their own terms and privacy policies:

• Bani - Payment processing
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Media storage and infrastructure
• Google Cloud Vision API - Automated content moderation scanning

SwitCity is not responsible for the practices or availability of these third-party services.

7. Platform Availability

SwitCity targets 99.5% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. SwitCity is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime.
